Signs it’s time
You can see it in the lines
Sign 01
The grout went from white to gray
It happened slowly, so you barely noticed. Then you moved a chair and saw the color it used to be.
Sign 02
It looks dirty right after you mop
The tile shines, the lines stay dingy. However often you mop, the floor never quite looks finished.
Sign 03
A refresh or a turnover is coming
New paint in the bathroom, a kitchen update, or a unit getting ready for the next tenant. Old grout drags it all down.
Your mop isn’t failing you. Grout just holds on.
Grout is porous. Spills, soap film and gray mop water settle into it, and every pass pushes a little more down. Lifting that out takes a deeper clean than a bucket can give.
How a visit works
Price first. Photos last.
-
Your upfront price
We look at the area and give you the price before any work starts. No surprise number at the end.
-
Deep clean, line by line
We work the clean across the tile surface and down into every grout line, using a method that suits your type of tile.
-
Rinse and dry
The floor gets a full rinse so residue isn’t left behind, then we dry it down instead of leaving it wet.
-
Before & after photos
Same spots, same angle. You see exactly what changed and what you paid for.

Fair questions
Will my grout look new?
Most grout comes up much brighter, and that’s what you’ll see in the photos. If grout is cracked, crumbling or worn away, cleaning can’t rebuild it. We’ll tell you that honestly before we start.
Is it safe for my tile?
Ceramic, porcelain and natural stone don’t all want the same treatment. We check what you have first and choose the approach to match, so the clean helps your floor instead of fighting it.
Is it okay for my kids and dog?
Every job ends with a full rinse so cleaning residue isn’t left sitting on the floor. If you want to know what we use, just ask. We’re happy to explain it.
How much for my kitchen floor?
It depends on the size of the area, the tile, and how much buildup there is. That’s why you get an upfront price before any work in Philadelphia begins.
Do you work with landlords and HOAs?
Yes. We clean for homeowners, landlords and property managers, HOAs and commercial buildings, with the same upfront price and before & after photos for every job.
Same floor. Same light. Different room.
Every tile & grout job ends with before & after photos. Proof, not promises.
