Dryer vent cleaning · Philadelphia & the Main Line

Dryer vent cleaning in Philadelphia that gets the air moving again

Towels still damp after a full cycle? Usually it’s not the dryer. It’s lint packed into the vent behind it. We clear the whole run, give you the price first, and show you before & after photos when we’re done.

Signs it’s time

Your dryer is telling you something

  1. Longer cycles

    Clothes need a second round

Jeans still damp, towels still heavy. When warm air can’t get out, the moisture stays in.

  2. Heat

The laundry room feels like a sauna

The dryer top is hot to the touch and the room stays warm long after. That heat should be leaving through the vent.

  3. Outside

Lint piling up by the outside vent

Fuzz on the siding, a flap that barely lifts, a hood stuffed with lint. The blockage usually runs deeper.

What causes it

Lint goes where your screen can’t

The lint trap catches most of it. The rest rides the warm air into the duct and settles at every bend, dip and joint.

Long runs that snake across a basement ceiling or up to the roof are the hardest to reach without proper tools. That’s the part we come for.

How a visit works

Four steps, no guesswork

You’ll know what we found, what it costs and what we did.

  1. We inspect the vent run

We trace the duct from the back of the dryer to where it exits your home, checking length, bends and the outside hood.

  2. You get an upfront price

You hear the price before any tools come out. If you’d rather not go ahead, that’s your call.

  3. We clear lint and blockages

Brushes and strong airflow work the full run, dryer connection to exterior hood. Then we reconnect the dryer.

  4. You see the before & after

Photos of what came out and how the duct looks now, so you can see the work, not just take our word.

The price comes first . The photos come last.

That’s how we answer the two questions everyone asks: what will this cost, and did they really do it?

Good questions

What people ask us most

Can’t I just clean it myself?

You can help a lot: empty the lint screen every load. A store-bought brush reaches the first few feet behind the dryer. Long runs, tight bends and roof exits are where lint packs in, and where proper tools and an inspection make the difference.

How long does it take?

It depends on how long the run is, how many turns it takes and how easy the outside end is to reach. We’ll give you a realistic idea during the inspection, along with your price.

Why don’t you list a price online?

A short wall vent and a long run up to the roof are different jobs. We look first, then give you an upfront price before any work starts. No surprises at the end.

Will the lint just come back?

As long as you dry clothes, some lint keeps traveling, so this is upkeep rather than a one-time fix. We’ll tell you what we found so you can judge when to book again.

Do you clean vents for rentals, HOAs and buildings?

Yes. We work with homeowners, landlords, property managers, HOAs and commercial buildings around Philadelphia. The before & after photos make it easy to keep a record for each unit.
