How bad is it?
We can’t tell from a phone call, and we won’t pretend to. We come out, look at the area and how far it goes, then tell you plainly what we found.
What causes mold in the first place?
Moisture with nowhere to go: a roof or plumbing leak, a damp basement, condensation around ductwork, a bathroom without enough airflow, a sticky stretch of summer.
Will it come back?
It can, if the moisture stays. That’s why we show you where the water is coming from and talk you through fixing it. Deal with the source and the result holds up much better.
