Why we do it

Your home deserves more than a quick once-over .

We started OL Carpet Cleaning to bring a higher level of care to the carpets, couches and rugs people actually live on. Treating the stain twice. Telling you straight what will and won’t come out. Leaving the room the way you’d want guests to see it.

How we stay accountable

Three habits that keep us honest .

Surprise bills, no-shows, work that doesn’t last. We built the way we work around exactly those worries.

  1. No surprise bill

    Upfront pricing

You hear the price before anyone touches a fiber. If the job changes once we see it, we talk first and you decide.

  2. Before After

    Photos of your job

We shoot the start and the finish from the same angle, so you can see exactly what changed, room by room.

  3. Room in the schedule

    Multiple teams

More than one crew on the road means one busy day doesn’t leave you waiting around for a window that keeps sliding.

Before After

Shown, not just said

Your photos come with the finished job.

A visit, start to finish

What a visit looks like .

Simple on purpose, so you stay in control the whole way.

  1. Upfront price

Tell us the rooms, rugs, sofa or vents. You get a clear price before anything is booked.

  2. The clean

A uniformed tech pulls up in a marked van, walks the job with you, then gets to work.

  3. Before & after

We share the photos and look over the result together. Then, and only then, it’s done.
